Culinary Concerts menus are created "one by one" for our clients with great care, spirit, and creativity. We love the beauty and pleasure of food - plain and simple! We love the four seasons! We love great wine! We love cooking and serving five- course, complex dinners from freight elevators and grilled barbecues on the beach with 40 mph winds! We loved serving hot and moist cotton towels before dinner to 160 guests on an island some have called "Gilligan". We love the sounds of sear, sauté, simmer, and scorch! We love to crumble and crunch! Man....this is Art! Wait!... It's Music! It's Harmony! It's a Performance to say the very least! Whew......!!!

So whether you're entertaining your employees, your Boss or mother-in-law (or both perhaps) yourself (sorry - we don't do parties for one), a Supreme Court Justice and his peers from around the world, China's Minister for Education, or three Oscar winners and a few runner-ups, or one thousand of your "nearest-n-dearest", it really doesn't matter much to us. It's Culinary Concerts humble goal to impress you, whoever you might be, with the great food, exceptional service, and attention-to-details for which our company is known.
