Chamard Vineyards & Culinary Concerts Presents:
A Vineyard Wine Dinner
Chamard Vineyards tasting room.
Culinary-Concerts chef/owner, Chris Bracken, and Chamard Vineyards wine maker, Larry McCulloch have crafted a wine pairing menu that defines the flavor of our region. Begin the evening overlooking the vineyard with the 2006 Pinot Blanc and hors d'oeuvres and watch the sun set to the 2006 Rose and confections that Chef Bracken is known for. Twenty guests makes this an intimate experience. Reserve a seat or gather your friends and have the tasting room to yourselves.
Culinary Concerts Inc. of Madison was referred to First Lady Laura Bush, and selected to serve a reception for eighty guests at the Yale campus home of Dean Richard & Cynthia Brodhead on May 23, 2004. The event was given and hosted by the Bushes in honor of their daughter Barbara's graduation from Yale University.

The event took place on one of the Thimble Islands which are located off the Stony Creek section of Branford, Connecticut. Culinary Concerts was ably shipped to the island aboard the Volsunga IV with Captain Bob. http://www.thimbleislands.com
