Culinary Concerts guarantees the quality of the menu, on-time service, pricing, and service-while exceeding the expectations for our customers. If you are unhappy with anything we prepare or have arranged, for any reason, we will work to achieve your satisfaction by doing whatever it takes to make you happy.
Q: Do you take care of the tent, tables, lighting, power, dance floor, feeding of
musicians / performers?
A: Yes
Q: When do we decide the menu?
A: Usually a few months (or days) ahead. Menu choices are not nearly as
important as our marriage of ideas.
Q: Do you pick the menu?
A: Usually people rely on us to make inspired recommendations.
Q: Do you do the bar?
A: Yes
Q: Can we do the bar?
A: Yes, but it may not be worth your while. We offer competitive prices, a
liquor license AND liability insurance.
Q: When do we give you the guest count?
A: Most events require a preliminary count two weeks out and a final guest
count one week to four or five days out.
Q: Can we taste your food?
A: Yes-anytime. Better on your palette then in our frig!
Q: Do you accept credit cards?
A: Yes, and without penalties or fees.
Q: How long have you been doing this?
A: Sixteen years
Q: Will you (Chris) be at our event?
A: Yes. We don’t overbook weekends. We are committed to quality not
quantity.
Q: How far do you travel?
A: We have done work from northern NJ to southern ME.
Q: What’s the next step?
A: A small deposit to reserve your date will get the planning underway
