"Good cooking is the accumulation of small details done to perfection"
(Chef Michael Bourdin, The Connaught Hotel at Mayfair London)

Commitment to excellence in everything we do...

...from our very first house party in December of 1986 to a spectacular and heartfelt wedding on the stage of The Bushnell in Hartford to usher in the millennium, this is what drives the team of Culinary Concerts. We have built a solid reputation among our clients, and our peers, for sumptuous cuisine, extraordinary service, and exacting attention-to-detail. Our success is attributable to one element:  the firm belief that the most important event we will ever cater is the very next one.

Whether your venue is a Manhattan showroom, a private home on Block Island, the campus at Amherst, a farm in South Salem, or by special engagement a beachfront estate in Kennebunk Maine, we are a New England Catering and Special Events Company.

Not only is it the objective of the company to exceed the ever-increasing expectations of it's clients, it is our goal to push this industry and our peers to a higher set of standards - measures that benefit everyone.

We've graciously entertained events ranging from a black-tie dinner in honor of Earl Spencer to the grand reopening for 1,300 at The Yale Center for British Art. We set the stage for Wiggin & Dana's grand opening for 700 guests and their holiday party thirteen years later for 350. We also served our peers at Yale University's Catering Department for three years in succession for their own holiday party! What a compliment!

On the shore one summer, we attended a seaside wedding with three Oscar winners and 150 runner-ups in attendance. Later that fall, we refereed Turner Construction's 450 guests at a tailgate party. That same night, we traded in our football gear for black-tie to serve an enchanting wedding for 110 elated guests at Harkness.

We were selected by Special Olympics to serve the New Haven Opening Night Gala for 1,600 guests and last but not least, First Lady Laura Bush asked us to serve her and the President’s daughter’s private graduation party at Yale for 80 guests.

Our menus are filled with passion and enthusiasm, and the food here is prepared with skill and imagination and only the finest quality ingredients we can obtain. The staff members are the best people in the business and the resources and creativity of the company are endless. We are southern Connecticut's finest equipped catering company with an inventory of event resources that is unmatched by anyone. Reinvesting in our company year-to-year really shows off!

From fine English china, silver flatware, crystal stemware, and 100% Egyptian cotton linens to vintage French baskets, sterling salt spoons, sheet music frames, wood-burning grills, and refrigerated trucks, there isn't much we haven't thought of to help make every event we cater a special, unique, and worry-free performance.

I welcome the opportunity you give myself and my staff to be of service.
We'll have the guests singing your praises - we promise!!!
