Terms of Service:
A non-refundable date deposit of $1,000 is required to reserve space on our calendar
and this or any subsequent menu.
Once all the details are in place, an additional payment of $1,500 is required, followed by $ 2,500 180 days out, and 50% of the estimated total 90 days out.
Two weeks prior, we will require a final minimum guest count for the purposes
of billing and production.
One week prior to your event we require the final guest count for billing and production. No reductions for the purpose of reducing billing can be accepted after this time.
Payment in full will be required three days before the event. We will provide a preliminary final invoice estimate for payment purposes. Any adjustments to billing, if necessary, may be made by mail after the event (either refund or charge)

Upgrades entail:
China - upgrade from ivory to white china
Flatware - upgrade from stainless flatware to silver flatware
Glassware - upgrade from standard glassware to crystal
Linens: upgrade from hotel-style linens to full length table linens

~ Wedding packages include a 4 ½ hour open bar that starts from the time the reception begins.
~ Bar goes to plastic one hour before end of event

~ Bar closes one half hour before end of event
~Bartenders use pourers for hard liquor
~ No shots, double pours or martinis
~ Specialty drinks and wine with dinner are priced ala carte and are not included
~ Prosecco is provided for the toast, but is not included at the open bar

Culinary Concerts cakes are carefully and skillfully prepared by our pastry chef
with the finest and freshest ingredients available.
We use pure sweet cream butter, Belgian chocolates, fresh fruits and purees,
fancy nuts, unbleached flour, pure vanilla extract and premium brand liquors.
