2003 Chardonnay
Rich fruit aromas with complex flavors of apples, citrus, and spices. A full-bodied wine with a long smooth finish.
2003 Estate Reserve Chardonnay
Rich and full-bodied with complex aromas highlighting ripe fruit, spices, and toasty oak flavors. Well balanced with a rich creamy texture and a long juicy finish.
2004 Merlot
A medium-bodied dry red wine laced with spicy fruit aromas accenting flavors of cherries, black pepper, & chocolate. Complex and well-balanced with soft tannins.
2005 Merlot
The dark, rich, almost black raspberry color hints as to what is to come in this Right Bank Bourdeaux style red. This wine is predominately merlot based, bolstered by some cabernet sauvignon and spiced with cabernet franc. The aromas are of earth and coffee grinds followed by flavors of bittersweet chocolate covered raspberry all held together with firm tannins and pleasing food friendly acidity. The early returns hint that this wine will continue to improve over the next two years.
2005 Cabernet Sauvignon "June Release"
Deep color with aromas of raspberry, cherry and a touch of oak. Powerful, lean style with raspberry, cherry and oak flavors.
2005 Cabernet Franc
Rich color with shades of bright garnet, aroma of herbs, spices and coffee followed by a lush, broad mouth feel combining a velvety texture and pleasant flavors of chocolate and raspberry, lengthy finish with firm tannins.
2006 Rose "When Available"
A Rose made from Pinot Noir and Cabernet Franc with a rich fruity nose, flavors of strawberry and ripe honeydew melon. Nicely balanced with elegant acidity and a long fruity finish. Lively yet opulent.
2006 Pinot Blanc "When Available"
A Pinot Blanc with floral aromas of citrus & lime, followed by expansive flavors of apple and melon. Vibrant with hints of minerals and a refreshing crisp finish.
